Over Heating R! plz help

Default Over Heating R! plz help

hey guys i think i might have a problem.... a week ago or two... i nearly overheated on the freeway so i stopped by a gas station and filled in with coolant and water and man! i was completely dry... i was thinkin everything was good... but 2 days after ill filled my coolant to the max... it was gone.... so i filled it up again.... and 2 or 3 days later.... coolant was below min and was almost gone again.... now i fill coolant up like it was gasoline... what do u guys think seems to be the problem... cause im sick of filling coolant day by day.. plz help

do you notice any puddle of c00lant under your car in the morning?

make sure there's no tears in the rad hose or cracks in the radiator.

if the car is still under warranty, best to take it to a dealer.

Yeah, the radiator prolly has a hole in it When I had my R this same thing happened to me on 2 separate occasions. Each time the dealer warrantied and replaced it

Lost Type R,
When the motor's running you should smell coolant or like Yoshi said see coolant leaking from under the car when the motor cools.

my radiator cracked, and coolant was spillin all out over the engine.

My fan got melted
my battery's got this residue all over it

yeah it sucks

By filling coolant, do you mean you are filling your coolant reservoir or radiator?

If you dont find any leaks, I suggest you drain all your coolant from your radiator. Refill and than BLEED your coolant system. You probably have air pockets in your cooling system.
