Need help on rewiring headlights and tail lights

I can not get this trouble fixed(the part lights stay on and when you turn the switch on the head lights come on}the car is a 1995 honda civic dx.the light switch has been changed along with the wiring harness from fuse box under dash to fuse box under hood,because of a burunt wiring harness.

it acts like it is getting a power supply all the time because you can un plug switc and lights still on.

what i need to know is if theres anyway to run the lights on a toggle switch?

you need to use a couple bosch type relays, one for each headlamp. and of course the switches. http://www.partsexpress.com has the 30A bosch relays for pretty cheap, dont get them at radioshack theyre overpriced.

Otherwise buy an H4 upgraded harness and instead of connecting it to your existing vehicle plugs for the switch source hook it up to you own switches. http://www.suvlights.com sells them for like $65 for a complete harness.
