Default can this be done.? sohc question..

i have a 91 ex with a jdm d15b wired up obd0...im getting a obd0 b16 ecu tmrrw...my question is can i open vtec on the single with the obdo ecu by just running the wires into the ecu?...(( i wanna keep it simple no obd1 step ups or nothing,))

huh? why are you getting a b16 ecu for a d15? i dont think you can activate vtec without a vtec controler or an ecu for a vtec engine

get a p08 ecu or a p28 dont need a b16 ecu for what. either get the ecu's i told you and convert to obd1 cuz its better or stay obd0 and run a vtec switch to run vtec. like a vafc or a msd vtec switch.

yes it works. i have done it...but you will be vary runing vary rich, i hav mine tuned (more like detuned...lol)
it wasnt to bad. but its going to run kinda shitty if you just plug it in and go
