Where is the fan switch located for an EM1/B16.
My fan is not working so I am wondering if its Thermostat or the switch.

use either a paper clip or a wire will do the trick, you just have to get the two wires connected to each other.

I forgot to mention my motor is a JDM B16A first gen. So, I was told it was an OBD0. Where would the fan switch be located on an OBD0 JDM B16A first gen?

Yes, it should be on the back, and have two pins coming out of the sensor.
If your block was replaced, chances are, they did not even hook up the sensor for the fan.

I've seen quite a few people that when the switch goes bad they will just wire in a toggle switch to bypass it but if it was me I would replace it and do it right.
