if my axle was binding wat would it feel like and would i only feel it on turns?

when every i make a left turn and gas it thru the turn i get a vibration from the left. my tie rods arent too great. but i just started noticing this problem recently.

i put in new axles last week. thats why i question that first

any help is appreciated.
