Default Are OC jails better than LA?

In LA, the jail time for auto theft is non-existent. Won't make a difference.

Read quoted article:
http://www.hybrids.jp/forum/sh...theft

Hope OC jails are better.

Even if you don't press charges, the DA might pick up the case anyway. Most likely he will take a deal and he will have to pay restitution. Whatever was stolen from you needs to be told to the police and the amount that the items were worth. You shouldn't even bother NOT pressing charges and asking for your stuff back because if you do that, he might get off the hook without anything happening to him and he won't give you your **** back. If it were me, I wouldn't. hahahaha. Good luck man. And you won't have to go to court because you are not a witness, you are just a victim. You did not see him do anything so it would be pointless to have you there.

Oh yea, only if it is his first time offense, he will get county time. which most likely he will do about 50-85% for the time he is supposed to serve in the county jail. If he is a repeat offender, most likely he will go to state prison and probably get about 16 months. 8-10 months of actually will be served in that case.

4 chanell amp ---300
2 component speakers --100
wedding band and engagement ring----800

i can get receipts for all but radio

Dont be scared of retailiation, & f'in press charges. That way it goes on his record in case he busted again. This is a f'in given dude.

AND.. MOST IMPORTANTLY....

Post up all of the info on this suspect you can here. And Snap a pic with your phone if you want to be inconspicuous.

We need to start unveiling honda thieves.

After all.. Its good to know who your shooting the **** with at some of these meets when your ride is really being cased.

I say press FULL charges and make no deals. We really need to fight against this ****. In my case my insurance company (Mercury who I will be dropping) wants to investigate ME about stealing my own car. WHY? Because I offered to help them and to help costs do some of the work myself so that I wouldn't be a total loss. They basically said F You.. its totalled.

Now I'm trying to get them to pay me off for the car but not totally try to screw me there either.
