d16 or zc head and cam upgrades advice
i need some advice on what spec cam to run in my d16 honda. also valve sizes, spring rates and any other useful info to help me get the best out of my car?
it is a d16 torbo application. will prob run about 1.4bar bout 19 or 20 psi if my conversion is correct!

Vavle size, depends on the head work you have and the rest of the whole engine setup. displacement, piston design, cam and turbo size. Majority of the time, I would just go with a standard size valve since most combinations wont require a bigger valve size anyways.
Spring rates, check out the Supertech Performance spring rates for the D16s, thats what we use in alot of our head packages. We also use the ISKY valvetrain for D16s as well.
Camshaft, I assume you are running a D16A6(non-vtec D16 head) since you mentioned ZC head in the same sentence. for that we have our stage 2 D16 camshaft that has been succesful in forced induction applications.
