I guess up here in MI we dont have any emission laws or if we do I've never seen a check point or anything. Well my question is--- I am driving to Vegas. I'm sure some of the states I am driving threw have emission laws. Will i have a problem. how would they know I have a race header?

 

No, you won't have a problem, they won't notice it unless they:

A Crawl under the car after pulling you over
B See your car shooting flames from backfires or ride behind you and have a super sensitive sniffer to detect the no-cat smell.

You won't be required to do emissions testing in those states either as your car is registered here in MI. Don't worry about a thing, but at the same time just drive smart so you don't attract attention.
