Default External or Internal Coil??

I finally have the motor and trans together and in the car after F#CKIN with it since wed. last week , now i am trying to decide if i want to rewire my dizzy for internal coil or just run a external ??? anyone have any idea's?

The reason Honda changed the 92-93 to an external coil was because of the heat inside the dist. is hard on coils. The external coil is the better setup.

thank you for your reply - i have a h22a that is internal coil and my car is wired for external how would i make this work ????
