Default AM folk...keep me focused on my project!

I'm currently buttoning up my B18C1 build, but I've begun to re-think the whole project. With the huge improvements in boost, I am slowly being led astray...

Here I am trying to build a 200-250 whp daily-driven motor, in the hopes of hitting 12's on slicks...when going boost would yield atleast 100 hp more, and perhaps take me 1-2 seconds faster than what I am anticipating...in full street trim.

So HT, keep me motivated...I am just cams, header, and a tranny away from the completion of my project

Remind me why we're all into NA in the first place.

Boost is not that good-you need more than 100 extra HP boosted to drop a second, let alone 2 seconds. Hitting 12's all motor in a street driven pump gas car is very satisfying.

Usually the people who build aggressive a/m setups know that for a similar cash outlay (depending on what you do) they could have a faster car with it being boosted--but for whatever reason they prefer all motor. Plus with gearing and vehicle weight you can have a very quick NA car.
