b20a3 head onto a b21a1 block

Can a b20a3 head go onto a b21a1 block. If so will the trans be the same. Second questions has anyone tried to put h23a1 pistons and rods into a b20a3 block.

You might wanna ask this is in the prelude forum. Aren't the mains completely different size on the cranks?
