Brake pads for me...
I've searched a lot and really can't decide what to go with. I know whp, weight, driver skill, brake setup, etc all have a huge influence on the choice of pads so here's what I'll be running, mostly for hpde events because there really isn't a class for my car and I don't want to start over, anyways here goes:
car: integra gs-r coupe w/original b18c1 making 300whp on boost
weight: around 2400 lbs
brake setup: wilwood 4 piston fronts on 12.2" 2-piece rotors, stock rear calipers relocated on 10.9" discs, braided lines front and rear, motul rbf600 fluid
I know boosted cars on the track need extra attention and I have prepared for that, oil cooler, baffled pan, fluidyne full length radiator, etc. but I'm interested in brakes here. I have some track experience but not much. I will a lot this next season and hope to push the car pretty hard. I will most likely be using r compounds for tires once I get a better feel for the car and more experience. I've heard Hawk blue this, and carbotech that but what would be a good setup for me. I will change for track only knowing that I can't run certain pads on the street. Thanks.

Are you asking about a good setup for you to use on the track, or a good setup for you to use on the street?
Do you know which pads are available to fit your calipers?

I think best brands for track pads are, based on my own research and experience:
Ferrodo
Hawk
Pagid
Performance Friction
Raybestos Racing Pads
I have used many sets of different Carbotech track pads and I am no longer buying them. I have used Hawk and Pagid out of those above. Hard core pads are in order Hawk DTC-60, and then HT-10, and then Blues. Pagid RS19 Endurance are great pads too. That is what I have been using lately in my NSX and turbo ITR on track. I hear Performance Friction PFC01 are top notch as well, as are Ferrodo 3000's. Good pads cost a lot of money. Do not run street type pads on track if you drive hard as they can't take the heat. Your calipers will limit your choices.

Yes I'm looking for track pads. I'm running the wilwood pads for the front, and hawk hps for the rear on the street. I'm not really sure where else to look for pads that will fit wilwood dynalite calipers but on fastbrakes they have hawk blues, some cobalts, and ebc pads listed that will fit. The problem is I've heard the ebc's are crap so I won't use those, the hawk blues tear up rotors and dust like crazy, and i don't know about the cobalts they have on the site. I may end up using the hawk blues for the track but am looking for other options.
Of the 3 you listed, Hawk Blues will work the best for track. Cobalt does not have any pads for the moment as far as I know that are track pads. Rotors are really cheap compared to race pads if you buy the made in China ones.

I run Wilwoods with Ferrodo pads right now on the Prelude. It's only 230 WHP but they brake well. Really well.
My turbo integra weighs about the same as yours and makes more or less the same power. Stock ITR brakes. I've used Cobalt Friction with good results, and Carbotech XP12 with OK results (but fast wear). You've got a much better brake setup than the ITR, it seems, so you should be OK with a number of performance pads.
Porterfield R4 are good IMO but I didn't used them with boost. I did use their street pad R4S on the track and street and they were sorta OK for the track

For light cars, the EBC yellows are pretty good. They gave me a few sets to try out and so far, I'm happy with them. My car tips the scales right around 2030lbs, and the hawk blues were way to much for me. I've never had a problem with the yellows.
