Am i installing this thing wrong but my mugen logo is like facing some odd *** angle, there some trick to this i don't have to do anything with my boot right???

 

nope...

Get some lock-tite and put it on the shift lever... Then set the **** on how you want it with the logo facing forward. Let it set and VOILA!!!! Logo in front. Thats how I did mine.

 

mine is the same way. it faces kinda towards the driver. don't worry. i like to look at it when i am cruising.

 

I got mine in the middle facing the armrest perfectly. All I did was put the **** on with the logo facing towards the radio and turn. Once it started getting tight I just really grabbed on to it and twisted until it was perfect. Good luck!

Is blue lock-tite too strong or will it do the trick? I also have some red lock-tite but if the need arose i'd prefer to replace the shift **** as opposed to the shifter itself but then again that'd be a good excuse to get a C's -rob

 

use teflon tape.
