Tempest Racing relocating.......
this is the first time ive been online in over a month i think.....lots of changes for me!
Tempest Racing is now located 1 mile from MIR (Maryland International Raceway). i still have a lot of moving to do, however most of my stuff that i use on a regular basis is set up and ready to roll. Pit construction for our Dynojet chassis dyno should begin sometime next week and should have the dyno up and running again at the new location before christmas. the dyno is still opperating at the old locatoin (thats about all thats left there).
the new shop phone number is 301-290-0330. during the moving process i had to find another way to bring in some money so hours are kind of scattered right now so if i dont answer the phone, leave me a message (that i can understand) with your number (say it slow) and i will return your call. im working an average of 16 hours a day right now so bare with me!
due to a couple of insane customers i dont feel comfortable giving out my cell phone number anymore (i had a customer call me 52 times in a row, no exaduration) so call the shop number, leave a message, and i will get back to you.
once the dyno is up and running i will probably be running some specials on dynotime.......i have done 2 dyno days in the last month and they were very successfull and a lot of fun, so i may be looking to do more stuff like that as well.
unless it something interesting or simple i dont plan on doing any more non honda/acura project cars because they usually end up being more of a pain than they are worth, take too long, too many special order parts, and take time away from the honda/acura stuff. not to mention i have some bitter tastes left in my mouth from some left over cars from the prvious owner. we will be specializing in honda/acura dyno tuning, turbo installs, fabrication, and maitnance and service work. we also sell nearly any part you may need as well.
im still trying to get internet service up and running (it took nearly 2 weeks to get the stupid phones working) so as of right now i cant check any pm's, or even read honda-tech for that matter. any pm's that have been sent to me over the last month or so have been lost, so if you have a question please call me at 301 290 0330.
thanks everybody for hanging in there with me......you can only imagine how much of a pain this is! also, im open to any kind of sponsorship oppertunities for my spfwd car for next year
