I have Tanabe DF210's on Tokico blues, and I am extremely happy with my stance and performance. No pics of it yet, I'll try to get one tomorrow.

My GF has Neuspeed Race Springs on her Integra, while I have Skunk 2 Coilovers with KYB Shocks.

Her drop is very similar to mine, although I would recommend coilovers for the adjustabiltiy.

For example, I use to have a Mugen lip, but then switched to a Spoon lip. The Spoon lip literally hangs off the bumper making it very close to the ground. Luckily I had coilovers so I could raise it up with no hassles.

Also, for long trips its nice to raise the car an inch or so for comfort, then lower it back down to normal for around town.

Having the option of raising or lowering in a couple of mins is very nice

Well to be honest I am not sure, although her car does seem to be rather low for a 'spring' drop.

Im riding on TEIN S-techs and KYB AGX's. The ride is nice and stiff but i can also adjust the KYB's to be softer when needed. Just picked up some slipstreams so ill try and get some pics up.
