Default Fuel Leak?

I just built my motor and i am thinking i may have a fuel pressure leak. I have a gauge on the fuel rail and when i shut off the car it goes from 50 or so psi then to 45 and 40 and from there it drops pretty rapidly. I understand it can be one of three things, either the injectors leak the FPR leaks or the pump leaks. I dont think the fuel pump is letting fuel go back so its down to the FPR and the injectors. How can i tell, because i dont have any special equipment.

It's normal for the pressure to bleed down over time.

What pressure regulator are you running?

Depends on the regulator.

It's normal.

if it would be leaking pressure, it would probably be leaking gas too. being thats what gives the pressure.
