why do injectors "tap"

why do injectors "tap"

why do they make that clicking noise quite loud sometimes? are they wearing out or is that just normal ? they are stock crx si injectors.

they are have solenoids, solenoids are pretty loud usually. Like the starter solenoid when you battery is almost dead

Take a spare injector and hook up a 1.5 volt batterey to it, if it clicks or taps thats good news, if it doesnt that means its not openging and is junk.
