Default d16y7 in an eg?

Are there any problems that will arise when trying to out a d16y7 in place of a blown motor in eg sedan dx?

no, not really, but you have to re-pin the dizzy to obd1 and if your going to use the ecu that goes with the d16y7 you need a conversion harness

if you swap the d16y7 over, just make sure you use the dx/cx dizzy from the 92-95 civics, and the intake manifolds from either a dx/ex and you'll be fine....i think one of the radiator hoses under the manifold dont match up so you'll have to customize it though...but otherwise, its a direct swap....

my cousin has a d16y7 in his eg with the z6 tranny, and z6 intake manifold and it pulls pretty descent for a single cam....
