Default Tokico HP shock/spring combo

I see them on sale for a package at around 350-400 dollars. Just looking for a comfy daily driver with a decent drop for my 94 coupe on SI wheels. Sounds like a pretty good combo and price but does anyone have experience with these? I was going to get GC coilovers/AGX but these are about half the price of that.

Does anyone have a a pic with a civic with about a 1.4 inch drop for comparison?

Would you like rebound/height adjustability? Or is a slightly firmer ride with a good drop all you prefer?

The gc coilover rates are usually 380/250 which is somewhat stiff if all you're looking for is a drop. I'd go with some lowering springs (200/150 around there) if you just want a drop. The tokico shocks will definitely prevent bottoming out and increase the ride slightly firmer(removing the bouncy feeling). The GC/AGX will definitely ride stiffer but the added rebound adjustability and height adjustability seems to me the best option. However, in your case, if added performance means little to you(when considering ride comfort), then the springs/tokicos are the best for you.

There's no compromise in ride comfort and performance. The more performance oriented the product is, the less comfortable the ride is on the daily driven street with bumps, potholes, etc.

I just want a lower ride but Im afraid I wont like the drop of the Tokico springs. I dont like how some are not low enough or the drop doesnt look even with both the front and back.

The only other suggestion is to go with some coilovers either slip ons with shocks or a basic full coilover system. I'd personally recommend the full coilover system because height adjustment does not affect spring load.

I use KSport Kontrol pros. Great bang for the buck.
