Hello peeps ....i got my jdm front clip for my ride and on the vin tag it reads EF1...i have no idea how the EF! one looks....if any of you can help me out with some pics it be great.....funny part is the front end is exactly like the EF9 but with no lip.........oh and all the web site that sell this vin tag say its rare...all pics and knowledge is highly appriciated....thanx PEACE!

I *think* the EF1 is a 1.3L carb'd version of North America's Wag-o-van, called the "Shuttle" or sometimes the "Beagle" in Japan, depending on it's trim level. I think they were sold from 89-95 in the motherland.

EF1 is JDM sedan economy version with D13B 1.3L single carb

 

i found a picture of one and the only difference i was able to notice was that the center garnish was the special edition and it had no sunroof....it was a crummy pic so i couldnt really see to much.But thanx for the help guys.......anybody got any pics of them?

EF1 is the Special Edition Civic. It came with the SiR front end. They did not come with B16 and a lot of them were black or white or grey. With different color pin stripes ranging from reflective gold, blue, & white.
They are Automatic 1.3L and 1.5L engines.
It basically a watered down version of a EF9 with the same parts but a smaller slower motor. Which is why Its "Special"

EF1 is just a chassi code doesn't really mean much because Sedans also came EF1 and EF2
