Bought a 94 teg from the auction and one of the problems were a busted steering column and ignition is all fucked up. its automatic but could i use a 94-01 steering column for 5spd? Let me know guys!

bump! i need to know asap if i can get the whole steering assy. from a 5spd teg 94-01 to work with my automatic 94 teg.

what do you mean the sttering column is busted??? You can use a 5speed ignation switch on a automatic. Only difference is that on the Automatic ignation switch, you have to put the car in park before you can turn off the car, and with the manual, you can turn it off whenever. Anyway if you are looking for the switch or the whole assembly i can have then in the back, but i just think you need the switch.

btw, the multiswitch, ignition cylinder is busted. there is also no steering lock as i believe they used a hammer to break it.
