Aren't they supposedly made for the Type R?
If so then you'll need to do the Type R brake conversion. I am not sure exatly what is all needed. But you'll need the brackets and rotors for sure.

Check the knuckle part number, see if it is the same as ITR, then get a 11" 4 bolt rotor, or just grab a 5 lug hub from junk yard, and get a ITR rotor if you don't want to source out a redrill 4 lug or an aftermarket one.
