I'm looking to add rear sway bar to my 90 CRX DX. I'm wondering if swapping the LCAs alone will allow me to use a sway bar? I can get the whole setup for rear discs, but I'd prefer to keep my rear drums for autocross.

 

I think suspension techniques makes a sway bar that will work on the dx.
