Is there any difference from a 1996 ls and a 1998 ls?
1. rear bumper
2. front bumper
3. headlights
4. valve cover
5. bumper lesnes
6. Tail lights (all red on 98+)
Im sure there is more, I know they changed some interior stuff too. Nothing major though, mainly appearance stuff. I personally find the new bumper/headlights MUCH more appealing.

96 is OBDII, and i dont think theres any difference in the valve cover, and if there was, it wouldnt matter swapping a 98 b18b1 motor into a 96 body.
edit: the 96 helms is the way to go

I have a 1996 LS and my brother has a 1998 LS. There is actually no difference between the valve covers at all. If you look under the hood of each one, they are identical. The only true difference between the '96 and '98 is that the '98 has a different front and reaer bumper. Other than that, and alloy rims, they are the exact same car. Also, OBDI ended in 1995. All Integra's 1996 and beyond are OBDII.

how is it that you are still arguing over the valve cover difference?
I showed you a pic of my 97 valve cover. I know there is a different version of this valve cover on LS's. Might be pre 96, but there is a difference.

wowdy, i've never seen that valve cover on an LS before, youre definatedly right that the older ones have the square patern on top (one square up one down etc) that cover looks more like the Vtec one. I have to admit i havent looked under any hoods of newer LS's
you'll get a lil more power from your mods, you can run a test pipe without a CEL, and it would be easier for you to install a Hondata.... there's more, but this is really all you will notice.

uhh..
OBD II has tighter restrictions on emissions. Converting to OBD I will get you a little more power because they were more leniant on how much your car was allowed to emit in 95. You can buy an intake manifold kit from Skunk2 that comes with an OBD II to OBD I conversion. The OBDII has a second oxygen sensor in the exhaust.
Answering my own question...

Can someone please point me to some more info or especially some photos of a 1998+ Integra? I just got a '95 LS sedan, and I need to fix it up. I'd like to know what the cosmetic differences look like. I wasn't aware of them.
