took my honda fit to the track for ****s and giggles today. its a 2007 sport 5 speed manual. bone stock had half a tank of gas, spare and everything in the car. didnt even let air out of the tires. best run looked like this.....

^wow...23 runs...haha...seems like quite a lot...good job man...you can probably easily beat some XB's.

 

16.4 and 5s are pretty good. Had some A/T in the 16.9s. and twenty+ runs is unbelievable in this day and age.

 

16's isn't bad for 109hp. I can't wait to see 1/4 mile numbers after the JRSC comes out.

 

Those are really good times- you're launches are looking good (low 2.3s) and the trap at 81 is really nice.

The best I could pull was 17.1@79, and it is also a 5spd Sport.

Any tips on launching?

i was holding it at about 3800 and quickly slipping the clutch. tires were at normal pressure too(32 psi) i figured if i dropped the pressure the car doesnt make enough horse and it would hurt it top end. yeah i couldn't crack a 2.2 to save my life. i also had to slow my shifting down cause if i shifted as fast as i normally do in my rsx, the drive by wire crap would bog. the trick is to get off smoothly...one of my other 16.4's i actually hit 82mph, but the et was slightly slower.
