my bro and I headed out to demo ride some harleys at a big harley dealer that's here. It was a frigid 35 degrees out too but oh well. I ended up on a dyna wide glide with no windscreen. oh well... Ended up having a lot of fun on it though I slammed the limiter in 1st getting onto the highway It seriously was so quiet and 1st was so short that I didn't even realize what had happened right away. heh. All in all the bike was real fun though the brakes sucked so bad. I never feel like I'm gonna stop in time while on a cruiser. Plus I swear to god the turn ******* kick stand was impossible to find. I was about to lay it on its side and leave it. The bike would be a blast for beach cruising or even mountain cruising. For twisties though sportbikes are so much more fun. Plus the harleys shook a lot and the bike I rode was about 18k. ******* absurd!!!! That bike better suck my dick while I ride for that much. sheesh. The sales rep who went with us tried getting an idea when we might be in the market. ha. I said yeah uh... it'd be over 5 years if that and I really wanted to say if I ever did get a cruiser it sure as hell wouldn't be a ******* harley. Oh well the demo ride was fun and the manager of the dealer was real cool.

I feel you dude, its all about the riding to me...I wave at everyone on the road no matter what they are riding. I'm happy riding just about anything on two wheels...

Went to the Harley dealer yesterday to buy some parts for my dad's bike and had the salesman trying to get me to take one home!! LOL! I told him maybe when I turn 30 which is only 4 years away.

 

rented a fatboy and a sportster last week in California. although i wouldnt buy one, it was fun cruising around on them.
