removing Fuel PUMP
Ok so i replaced my main relay everything is great i checked the points for current and it all works. so replaced my fuel filter as well. Now i checked i disconnected a hose from the fuel filter the one coming from the firewall i place jug to collect any of the gas and nothing when im trying to start the car. And i checked the book that it says i need to drop the tank. Now can't i just pull it from the back from removing the seats.
Also i took off the cover of the fuel pump and now all i see is another connection and i dont know how to remove the pump. Also where are the hoses cuz in other models i noticed that theirs hoses on top of the fuel pump. Where are the hoses on 90 dx

Yeah, the pump sits underneath the hump between the seat dish and the spare tire well on the right hand side.
I would NOT cut a hole for this with the tank in the car. Chances are you're going to damage something

I don't think cutting a hole in your cars body is more practical for any situation. Just drop the tank you lazy fool, before another ef is ruined. I've done it and its a pain in the ***, but sometimes working on cars is.

Its a winter beater. The interior was shot due to poor gasket and water damage. Cutting it doesnt matter at this point because im going to redo the inside and not replace the seats etc.. I need the car to make it through winter (if we get snow) and then possibly hang it up for a track project. It's nothing glamorous. I have 2 other cars that I devote my attention too so i'm not worried about the looks. I was just asking if it could be done easier this way not to get labelled. This is why the Honda community is suffering. little kids that talk ****. its a sad thing..
