Default winterize the dirt bike?

I just got the bike, and its starting to get pretty cold already. Im going to ride it for a couple more weeks, but just wondering how you guys winterize your bikes? stabilizer, drain fluid, i really dont know. Only trick i know, well people have told me to WD40 the engine? If i dont do anything to to bike and i start it up about 3 times a week, will it be fine? Dont know if ill be able to do that so my question is, how do you winterize a 2 stroke dirt bike? P.S cant wait to go to orlando for school and never come back. Wont ever have to deal with this, and i can ride all year round. Thanks for the help guys
