headlights died, not working

i went to turn on my headlights today they are the EDM housing and for some reason they didn't work low beams didn't work. i checked the fuses and everything was fine. i checked the wiring too, and no dice. Then i tried changing the bulbs, and it worked. but does anyone know why or how they both went out at the same time?

sounds like the switch could be bad....get out your multimeter...

It's just your light bulb Fillament that burnt out.

stroke of luck? both my tail lights went out went out at the same time. shoot my left light just went out today. now i gotta go waste some money on new bulbs before i get pulled.

it happens dude. doesn't your new bulbs work now? then it prolly was just a stroke of bad luck they both went out at the same time. either way problem is solved now right.
