Default Turbo kit for 5th gen

Ok, no getting mad cuz the damn search feature does not work for me on this forum, I have no clue why. Does peak boost make a turbo kit for the 5th gen? I could have sworn I read something on it a while back, but like i said, no search feature. I searched google with no luck either. Im trying to find out what is the best kit out there and where to buy it or is it better to piece one together? If so what pieces are the best and where can I find them? I have nothing but time to research as Im stuck in iraq for the next 10 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to get into the mid 300 hp range by the way so I want something that can handle the boost.

okay first of all. did you select archive when you searched? and that's so bs about you not finding anything on google. you can find basically ANYTHING on google. you know how i know? i typed peak boost the first 10 sites were websites including their own about peak-boost turbo systems. im going to refrain from flaming on you since im feeling like a good guy and im assuming you're in the service? if so, mad propz. but to answer your question, idno much about these systems but from what i've seen from these sites, it seems like they only offer it for the b series. but honestly, it would be better to custom make your own system rather than find a kit. but reading from some of these ppl's reviews, they're pretty alrrite. good luck. oh and someone running this turbo on his stock b series motor made about 327hp so it would but not for a 5th gen.

Um yeah, I guess theres a difference between the quick search and a regular search, my bad. But still nothing found. Um no $hit, I found the same ten sites from google too, but no H series. I bumped into an advertisement link on this forum for peak boost though. Pheonix turbo sells them and they do make a mannifold for the h22. Its nine hundred but it looks sweet. I dont know if i would have to loose the ac though, I hope not. It says slimmer radiator but thats all it says. I just dont understand why no one makes a GOOD kit out there for high hp. Why dosnt someone piece a good kit together and sell it. The greddy kit is great, but its too amature for me. Oh yeah, and thanks for the props, US Army, looking to do a motor/ turbo build up when I return from iraq

im telling you. if you custom made your own turbo kit assuming you choose the right parts, it'll yield so much more power than just buying one of those off the shelf turbo kits. the h22 motor isn't a good motor to run boost on unless you take the appropriate steps to make it strong enough to handle that kind of stress. because it is an open deck and the walls are tiny. running about 6 psi should be okay but unless you prep it for that kind of damage, you're just asking for your to crap out on you soon. that's prolly why there aren't so many turbo systems for it than w/ other motors. it just isn't the best motor to do it w/. but i've seem a ton of custom build jobs that turned out great. i mean just search for some turbo ludes. those guys should be able to point you in the right direction.

that's all you'll need right there
you're welcome.

Yeah, so Ive heard and thats what Im really looking for is how to piece together my own kit and where to look. I dont know anyone with a turbo lude except people i read about on these forums. I probably should have mentioned that Im doing the bottom end build up first of course. Sleeving and forged internals and most likely an oil kit as this car will be my street daily driver. Thanks for the help though. If any of you expierenced turbod lude owners want to chime in and point me in the right direction I would much appreciate it. I have searched most of the turbo forums on a few different sights already and I mostly just see a buch of arguing on what works better than what. I would like to know what really works the best
