wheels aren't polished as you can see in the picture. car belonged to jeremy. dont know much else

and oh ya about the thread, looks like he had flat black slips and polished everything but the lip which he probably just masked up with tape and polished the rest.

Maybe he was going for a raw look, and didn't bother polishing out the face, but only stripping it down to the bare finish. Who knows.
