I just installed an HFP SI axleback exhaust on my 06 EX....besides or including the fact that the piping is different sizes AND the fact that i had to reuse my old gasket because of the different sizes in the piping does anyone see any problems?

I had a small chat with Type X about the axleback exhaust on an EX but i didnt realize that i would have to reuse my old exhaust gasket....any help would be appreciated.

the only thing to worry about is exhaust leakage...

lots of people have done the Si exhaust on their R18s as well as the HFP exhaust... you good to go man...

some people say to use the SI gasket, some say use the R18 gasket - i don' have any personal experience but willing to bet you'll be 100% fine the way you are.

Like Daniel mentioned, as long as you dont have any exahust leak or badly tweaked hangers/rubbage you'll be fine
