Default Spoon front lower arm bar Q

For those with the Spoon FRONT lower arm bar, does it matter if you attach it like the instructions with the bar below the brackets
OR can you attach it with the bar above the brackets? (like the rear one)
Having clearance problems..with humps etc

TIA

Below you can mount it above but it will rub on the header. Just be careful it sits very low and the brackets arent the toughest things in the world.

Bar is mounted on a DC2 but pic is for illustration.
The bar is same for DC and EK chassis anyway.

I had the front tie bar, but it sat way too low. One big speed bump and your bar is bent.

Yes i had this bar on my car and it sat wayyyy to low. I was on the stock suspension as well in my ITR. It bent several times and i always drive slow over speed bumps. I can't imagine where it got bent because the speed bumps i did hit were small. On a second thought, i had to use washers to get the bar even lower to clear the DC header. What a pain in the *** mod it was for not so much of a benefit in my car!
