Do the holes where the type s spoiler bolts on to the trunk line up with the holes from the oem low spoiler?

 

are you talking about the Wing spoiler when you say type s spoiler or the lip spoiler that comes on the 05 06 version. if your talking about the high wing spoiler then yes the holes are identicile to the low spoiler, i did the same on my old dc5, i had the low spoiler and the high one. its just a direct swap
