My buddy was hanging having dinner in downtown LA and when he came out to start his car, but it wouldn't start. Someone had taken his battery. The alarm he had was a joke and I was just wondering what sorts of things can he do to his car that would help scare away thieves since its almost impossible to make a car jack-proof these days.
I've heard of some fuse pulling and other things. But I'm just wondering what other things my buddy can do. He drives a 92 GSR if that helps

 

just take the fuel pump relay out.
