Very good prices for Honda OEM parts.
On your I list, I would not use a FRAM oil filter, you should go with an OEM filter. Also you will only need 5 quarts of engine oil, the H22 only needs 5.1 quarts. Also Honda MTF is usually recommended for your tranny. PS fluid, might as well just use OEM as well. Besides that everything else looks good.

From what I understand, you're just doing a swap correct? If the motor is used, there is no break in. Break in is the seating of rings when you have a freshly built motor.
If this motor is used, you can use synthetic right after the install.

Doesn't get much better than that, sounds like you've done your reasearch reguarding the usdm P13 cuz there's no governor? The Fram filter will do fine, but I've never heard anything good about them when compared to other brands, Honda of course is your best bet. Other than that, good luck with the swap. You'll need exhaust work right out of the shoot because the H22 B-pipe and H23 cat flanges don't line up. If they can weld it for you thad be nice, my shop left me with an open header.
If your putting a jdm h22 , why are you going out of pocket to replace everything , as if the motor had 100k miles +. Most jdm motors comes with 30k or less , I just think your going overboard on buying everything brand new. Save yourself the money , and if you truelly have any concerns about the motor do a inspection on the motor and inspect the belts and see if need be. Manual tensioner is nice , but I havent had any issues with the auto for over 3 years now and 300whp later , still no problems. The only thing you should need is a oem oil filter and thats it..............just my opinnion

If it makes you feel better , but to be honest my h22 came almost mint . The dizzy cap/rotor was good , wires were in good shape and all belts were perfect with no cracks. Most people dont replace the water pump and oil pump off the bat ,if there buying a jdm motor. If you were buying a usdm motor then I would. It just sounds like alot if your paying to have someone swap it out not to mention the motor plus all the parts you wanna buy.........if you got the money then do it , but just make sure this shop knows what there doing. Oh yeah ditch the p13 and get a socketed p28 , for future tuning

I'm going to swap in January too. But here in the Netherlands OEM Honda parts are pricey as hell.
Would anybody be so kind to put after the productnames above the "System\Component" and "Illust. No." of it so I can compare prices?
As an example:
- oem ac belt => A/C CONDENSER => # 001
Not I'm lazy to do it myself, but I can't figure it out myself
Many thx
