Mild gsr rebuild
I have 96 cx hatback with usdm gsr swap. Car is at shop getting rebuilt:
Itr cams
Stock gsr valvetrain
Head sent to machine shop inspected
New Oem Headgasket
New oem seals cams,valve etc,
Valve timing job
Stock gsr block
Itr pistons/Rods
New Oem bearings
New Piston rings itr
Car currently has blox manifold. I will be getting dyno tuned with obd 1 chipped 72 ecu with Crome Pro,once the block and head is assembled.
Oh yeah stock header for now
Will i notice a difference from gsr?? 160-170whp, I will be happy. The reason for rebuilt is low compression.
I will be buying a jdm dc 4-1 header and 2.5 exhaust setup once i get more funds. Just need to get the car running for daily driver

I'd go with an edelbrock header with the 2.5" collector mod. </TD></TR></TABLE>
