Default DYNO PROVEN?! WHICH INTAKE TUBE IS BEST??

I have been searching and reading about intake tubes and filters. Lots of information and dyno results are out there but one company will be on one motor and the other company on another, and both motors might have different mods to maybe up the results a little bit and I have seen various motor with various tubes and various results. The top brands seem to be good all of the way around the board but with my build being done and im still using the stock tube and filter i want to get the BEST tube and filter i can available.

I have a 1987 CRX with a B16a putting out 172 whp and want some suggestions on which intake setup to buy.

Cheap? The item maybe, but there isn't one short ram intake on eBay right now with shipping less than $20... Most are between $23 and $30. Ridiculous to ship a 1lb box. for shipping/handling gouging...

yeah and they are asking what, upwards of like 10 dollars for the item for a short ram... so your paying 30-40 bux or so for the intake. thats not bad.

Vatozone carries some cheapo intake pipes now so you can try that. i made mine outa 1 3" mild steel 180 degree mandrel bend and welded it up. topped it off with a BPI flowstack and K&N filter.
