Default In direct heat my '92 Prelude won't start up

I've got a '92 prelude that has no problem starting at night. But it if it's in direct sunlight in the Florida heat it rarely starts. I just replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, and pcv valve. Has anyone heard of this, any suggestions?
