intake manifold question
hey guys, im planning to upgrade my i/m on my b18b
my current setup is, short ram intake, jg edlebrock 4-2-1 header, custom 2.5" piping all around w/ es tunning muffler.
so my next step is an i/m, shold i leave it stock?..or get a skunk 2 or even a blox?
any advice would help
thanks in advance

stock ls is okay. it is already a single plane manifold like blox or skunk2, so benefits will be minor. unlike stock gsr which are dual plane which benefit greatly at high rpms with blox or skunk2 manifolds.
Not till you upgrade your cams or port/polish the head, these mods would require more flow than you are getting now, IMHO. For example, I saw a recent post where a guy bought an IM, larger TB, cam gears, adj fuel reg, MSD ignition, aftermarket ecu, blah, blah, blah, and made just alittle improvement in whp after all that investment. If after I,H,E he would have invested in cams, valve train and tuning with stock IM, TB, blah, blah, he would have made some nice power gains.
