ok so it hasn't ran for a while but i think its electrical..
i hook up some jumper leads .. and it cranks but doesn't kick over..
im certain its something to do with the wiring or something.. help me plz...
honda integra LS 1989..

if it was older i would know how to fix it.. pour petrol down the carby but it isn't so i need your help peoples 
maybe new spark plugs ? maybe electrical problem ?
the fuse box in the engine bay looks real bad.. the fuses and **** look coroted and stuff.

could it be the starter relay ?
i dont know where that is though, could that be in the fuse box in the engine bay..
another thing .. the battery is dead flat.. i have jumpers connected with my other car started.
