my starter is ^*$#ed up!!!
i just got my exhaust yesterday and it is great!! but by freakin coinsidence the freakin starter is going out!!!! at first i thought it was the exhaust but now i know that it is cause the starter was shitty to begin with. what would make this happen??
connections connections connections! If you can't find a loose connection then your doing it wrong!
Unless you somehow kicked your batteries *** (if you keep your radio on while the car is off for good amounts of time, its VERY hard on it) and such. I don't think your starter would burn out that quickly unless you ran out of gas and found a new way to make your car move. So yea, Connections or battery.

i'm pretty sure the connections are fine. the car was fine last night. i also forgot to mention that the speedo isn't workin either. when i started the car this morning it was ok then around noon when i started it it was laggin and the check engine light came on. but the thing is there is no code from the light, there is absolutely no blinking. and each time i started the car it was getting weaker and weaker. now it won't even start at all!!! i am sooooo mad!!!
and the radio thing.....i don't leave it on that much. my windows also are rolling up reallly really slow. what does this mean!!!!

Hey I had the same problem with my car about a week ago. One day my car would start fine then the next morning when I got off of work and was ready to go home I turned the key and it just clicked. I tried the starter thing also but it turns up it was just a bad ground wire. If you have a bad battery to chassis ground your speedo will not work or not work corectly. You may notice that the tach and other guages are not working properly. Check you Grounds. You can run a wire from your battery to your block, (like to one of the starter bolts) and try it again if it is a ground problem then it will most likley start after you do this. You will still need to have a battery to chassis ground though or your guages will be fubar. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's the battery, but if you have a 2001 and are already having problems with the starter, that's questionable, so I don't think it has anything to do with the starter, sheck the battery.
ground the starter also or use jumper cables just to see if it is a bad ground clip the jumper cables to the body of the starter somewhere and then clip it to a good spot on the body get in the car and turn it over if it starts fine your start is not getting a good ground
