97 Turbo Hatch: New Turbo Motor

97 Turbo Hatch: New Motor

Well my hatch went under a transformation again a couple weeks ago.

Long story short:
1)Built OEM GSR: Tight clearances = Spun Rod bearing ( 3 miles)
2)Take out GSR, put in my built B16A2 for my race car.
3) Motor Specs: B16A2 block, 82mm, Arias Pistons, Eagle Rods, T3/T04e 60 trim turbo, blah blah.
4) Runs good.
5) Pics.

New Cluster too! (Also picture is the zeitronix wideband display

)

Thanks. Hopefully getting my 3bar and neptune RTP in soon, and will get it over to the dyno!

damn, having a freshly built motor **** itself 3 miles down the road has got to be a horrid feeling :-(

and another built engine laying around to toss in though....

thats some serious coin spent on honda toys

yea, having it go out was kinda a pain. But it is being sent to either laskey to get bensons sleeves or to GE. I will put it in my race car for next year.
