Default Stock H22 Cams

is there any difference between the exhuast and intake cams? and if there is a difference, is there anyway I can distinguish which is the intake and which is the exhaust cam?

Yes, big difference.

The exhaust is keyed for the distributor. That's the easiest way to tell them apart.
