GT28R w/oil return flange and gasket, Inlet gasket, Compressor Outlet Adapter, brand new 8psi wastegate, discharge flange, Inlet Flange, and oil feed fitting with the built in oil restrictor. This turbo was sent back to garrett for inspection and everything is ok with it, and obviously has no shaft play. All the fittings and flanges were purchased from atpturbo.com.
