Well I've desided on the jdm 23mm rear sway bar
As far as the front though ITR and GSR front are the same 24mm, how many people have used jdm 25mm? Has anyone ever used the 99-00 civic si 26mm front sway bar?
My car is going to be used as a street/road race car and I do like oversteer.
Will putting a bigger sway bar in the front hurt the handling or will it be more of an advantage?

changing the understeering nature on an integra towards oversteer can primarily be accomplished by increasing the size of the rear sway bar...
increasing the front sway bar in lock-step with the rear would counteract changes to the car handling behavior...

if you want your car's handling to be more neutral at the limit, yes!
i track this setup and the car does not have over-steering tendencies
i still have to trail-brake to rotate the car
if you want your car to oversteer at the limit, i would imagine you would have to get a rear bar thats even larger than 23mm in the rear while keeping the front at 24mm
or you can do what the crazies do and disconnect the front 24mm altogether

i've currently got the 21 or 22mm civic front bar and the 22mm rear bar, 325#/" fr springs, 500#/" rr springs, and on 205/50/15 615s it generally goes where i point it. if i want rotation i roll off-throttle or trailbrake on turn-in, and to push i just roll back on throttle. i don't yet have lsd

I was using an LS 22mm front sway bar along with my JDM rear 23mm sway bar. This was the setup for alot of Motorola cup cars back when, apparently.
I have also ran no front sway with the 23mm bar and although the car reacted favorably on turn in and steering corrections mid corner, I felt that braking had been effected negatively due to too much body roll. Especially on the three channel abs systems. In my case, when one rear wheel came up, the system would activate both rear wheels' abs controls.
So, if you are looking for the most out of the sway bar, look for a 22mm bar for the front. You'll also need the LS front LCAs. Or just get a rear bar of larger diameter... Such as the Alex 25mm or the Mugen 26mm if you can find one. ASR is another choice. I understand that the ASR 32mm Hollow bar has about as much torsen as the Mugen bar.
Good luck, AND DON'T LIFT MID CORNER when your *** comes around.

Keep the front bar stock and upgrade the rear. I run the Alex 25mm rear bar with stock front and it makes the car fairly neutral. I've considered getting a smaller front bar to help the car rotate better since I don't dig trail braking.
i ran the 26mm Mugen in the front and 26mm in the rear
And the car had much more grip around corners and way less body roll
and if you pushed it real hard, the back end would start to come out, which it didnt do with the stock bars
but if you werent careful, the back end would swing out really fast in a high speed sweeping corner, so you basically had to never take your foot off the gas, lol
