Maybe --

Go over the installation instructions here:
http://www.handaaccessories.com/civicsi.html

I don't know about the underside clips, but it looks like they'll work with enough strategically-placed doublesided tape plus screws front & back. The HFP skirts would be an easier fit, though.

cool thanks guys.

i was tryin to find other forums for ep's and couldn't find any details about the sides. lol

EDIT: ok i found it on ephatch.com...i had to sign up, but it's cool.

if anyone is wondering, you have 2 options for installing these OEM factory 04-05 side skirts (*not the HFP sides).

Option 1:
-go to honda and buy the sticky clips.
-part number: 91513-S5S-E01 --- Side Skirt Clips --- These clips work GREAT for installing JDM CTR sideskirts or '04-'05 OEM sideskirts onto a '02-'03 model. The clip slides into the clip holes (on the side skirt) and has 3M tape on the other side to stick to the body of the car.
-install onto car. screwed in inside the wheel wells.

Option 2:
-use the old white clips, but you have to cut the pointy part off.

-after that, use 3M double sided tape.
-install onto car. screwed in inside the wheel wells.

looks pretty nice IMO. here are some pics i found:

And if anyone else is wondering, installing the HFP sides onto an 02-03 EP is pretty straightforward. Just ignore the steps in the directions that tell you how to take off the 04-05 OEM skirts.
