Junk yards usually have mountains of them in varying conditions, you can probably also try them on there right on the spot if you ask nicely. You can also look at the classifieds in your local paper, you might find a set.
Hope that helps,
Cheers.

Ya, although craigslist is probably a good place to look for them, I think the bolt patter is wrong and the diameter is probably to small. As well as the price is a little steep for 4 rims and 2 half good tires. Good place to look though.

Ya, I got my stuff used as well for a steel. Just blizzaks, as well as most snow tires, are more or less useless when they have 50% tread left. They don't bite into snow as well. Also blizzak only incorporates their funky tread compound in the first 50% of the tread.

Yes, 16" should fit.
The marketplace forums here on honda-tech are another good place to look for used wheels.
If you know of a Honda/Acura model that comes with the steel wheels you're looking for, sometimes they're surprisingly inexpensive new.
(The Tire Rack sells new 16" steel wheels for your car for $46 each, but they're sold out for the season.)
