Just to let everyone know I already posted this in the suspension forum but nobody has responded, and I need an answer now.
I have a set of Omni Powers on my 95 Accord and I want to lower it about another 2 inches. I am not sure how to lower the coilover. When I put them on and adjusted them I just lowered the sleeve and didn't mess with the actual spring. However it was a bitch trying to turn the sleeve with my hands. Am I able to lower the actual spring or will it mess it up? How can I adjust them better than trying to spin the sleeve with my hands?

damn another 2 inches. How high is it right now? I wasnt aware Omnis were rebound adjustable.
I have no experience with Omni's, but my guess is that you could use a spanner wrench?
If it's something like a Ground Control sleeve, then you'd have to loosen the sleeve with an allen wrench.
ALSO, it might also help cleaning the dirt off the sleeves and/or using wd40.

I have the adjusting tools but I thought it was to lower the actual spring. I am not sure if you are supposed to mess with the spring, thought you just turn the sleeve. It tucks the stock Ex wheels but I have some 16" C8's 205/45/16 on now and there is about a 1 inch gap

these coilovers suck! My old ebay ones were easier to adjust and they were like $40. Wish these were easier to do than this ****. I tried to turn it with no luck. the **** hurts your hands And what the hell are the two wrenches for then if you dont use the to adjust it?

that would be alot harder than just twisting them, be a man and use some muscle

they shouldnt be easy to adjust, or else theyll just back off when you drive, dont be a wuss just twist the dam things. if you try to just lower the spring itll be really bouncy. if you need to spray em with some wd40 then twist

the bottom doesn't move, the shock body is what you twist

Might try to do something bout that but looks damn hot!
The shock wouldn't turn. I had to drop the lower control arm to adjust the front. I'll post some pics of it tom. Stay tuned

haha been there done that, you'll soon find out that its not really worth it once the replacement parts bill comes along. I just replaced my headers, oil pan, oil pan gasket, and whole entire mid pipe and cat shield. It's money i could of used elsewhere on the car. but then again if your ballin go for it

for Omni adjustability
