Default uh opps i ended up with 13.03 c/r

well i just got on zealautowerks and filled everything out i bought pistons for my b20vtec they were itr spec and in the auction it said 11.8 (i though it said with b16 head) i said ok thats cool used a one layer head gasket to hop it up in the 12's well i just went back and in the auction it does not say with b16 head so i used the c/r calc on zeal and it says 13.03 and this car has been dd for the the last month runnin 93 octane.... and one else here runnin 13.03 c/r on a daily drivin car?

there is 2 ways to look at it.

1. the zeal calculator is notoriously high. those pistons ARE 11.8:1 and a stock HG is .29 compressed so do the math. youre probably 12.5ish:1

2. even if you were at 13.03:1, this is honda-tech where 13:1+cr are perfectly phenomenally outstanding for pump gas as long as you have """a good tune"""
but as soon as you delete your account with HT, youll start to detonate, so be weary.

those pistons are 11.8 with a b20 head but im running them with my b16 head which ups the compression to 12.4 and then witch my 1 layer head gasket its 13.03

Here's one of the most accurate ones you can get.

http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/math.html

I'm not talking **** but I'd really hope that someone who's trying to sell ported heads already knows how to do the math.
